Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Planner to ensure material availability and seamless production across AE sites. You will manage material planning, monitor demand and shortages, and coordinate with procurement and internal teams to meet revenue and on-time delivery goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with MRP/ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel. Collaboration across cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in materials planning, production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory management principles.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations and achieve target kit completion, revenue, OTD, and inventory goals.
• Analyze material demand, shortages, and supply commitments to support revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers on expedites, pull-ins, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor material requirements and proactively address shortages impacting production.
• Plan and execute inter-site material transfers to support demand and inventory optimization.
• Provide material outlooks and updates for internal and external customer requirements.
• Drive on-time delivery of materials to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Expedite critical materials and collaborate with Procurement during surges or constraints.
• Monitor open transfer orders and elevate delays or risks.
• Maintain visibility of inventory in transit across AE sites.
• Generate material summary reports and escalation dashboards for reviews.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and maximize consumption.
