Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Material Planning, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site material plan based on requirements and supplier schedules.
• BalanceSupplier capacity with plant/operations needs and manage constraints.
• Engage with Purchasing, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization.
• Generate and validate supplier scorecards and monitor KPI performance.
• Use planning systems to analyze demand vs. supply and adjust plans as needed.
• Support PFEP and participate in continuous improvement of planning processes.
