Job summary

INTERIORS AEROSERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Material Planner to support material planning, purchasing, and procurement activities to keep production on schedule.

You will issue pick tickets, raise POs, source quotations, follow deliveries and maintain ERP records. The role requires 2+ years in aviation/MRO or manufacturing, an appropriate diploma, and strong English communication. On-site work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing, material planning, stores or inventory control.
• Experience issuing pick tickets and POs, with suppliers.
• Proficient with ERP or inventory systems and office software.
• Strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue pick tickets for aircraft parts and materials.
• Raise purchase orders for work orders and projects.
• Source quotations from approved suppliers and compare lead times.
• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery status and documents.
• Monitor stock levels and re-order points; flag shortages early.
• Verify incoming material against POs and required certifications.
• Maintain material records in ERP/inventory system.
• Support cycle counts and control of shelf-life and obsolete items.
• Track material costs and assist reconciliation of supplier invoices.
• Maintain approved supplier list and performance records.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores and Finance on material availability.
• Prepare material status and purchasing reports for management.
