Job summary

AUMOVIO Autonomous Mobility Philippines, Inc. seeks a Materials and Inventory Planning professional to manage cost-efficient supply and ensure production readiness in a fast-paced environment.

You will optimize SAP-PP/WM workflows to balance service levels with inventory. Your duties include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to secure raw materials for launches, monitor material flow, and drive improvements in planning and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, preferably engineering or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in material and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and warehouse management.
• Experience with new product launches and start-up environments.
• Experience in material and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost reduction projects are implemented on schedule.
• Generates material shortage alerts and drives corrective actions with teams.
• Keeps inventory, logistics costs and supplier delivery within targets.
• Secures materials for NPIs and launches with early involvement.
• Balances service level, inventory, and resource utilization via SAP planning tools.
• Coordinates with internal/external departments for data accuracy in SAP.
