Job summary

AUMOVIO Autonomous Mobility Philippines, Inc. seeks a Materials and Inventory Planning professional to manage cost-efficient supply and ensure production readiness in a fast-paced environment.

You will optimize SAP-PP/WM workflows to balance service levels with inventory. Your duties include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to secure raw materials for launches, monitor material flow, and drive improvements in planning and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science, preferably engineering or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in material and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and warehouse management.
• Experience with new product launches and start-up environments.
• Experience in material and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost reduction projects are implemented on schedule.

Job Description

• Ensures that the projects related to cost reduction will be implemented as per timeline.
• Generates critical material shortage alerts and implements corrective actions with appropriate teams and personnel to resolve material availability issues that will affect production loading plans.
• Responsible for ensuring that inventory, logistics cost and supplier delivery performance are within the assigned target.
• Ensures availability of raw materials for New Product Launches @ ADAS, with early involvement as early as Gate30 until SOP.
• Acquires new materials and second sources/suppliers as assigned by Business Unit for the change package build to ensure there are qualified second sources for all raw materials.
• Works closely with Production Planning and Focus Factory Managers and ensures critical material is properly communicated to align with production plan and system requirements.
• Applies appropriate optimization methodologies through SAP advanced planning tools to balance service level, inventory, and resource utilization; and coordinates with internal/external departments to ensure Material Master Data accuracy in the SAP System.
• Works closely with suppliers to have better supply and involves BU SCM responsible to avoid any foreseen customer line down.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science graduate – preferably Engineering or Accounting graduate
• At least 3 years experience in Material and Inventory Management
• Advanced knowledge in Production Planning and Warehouse Management
• Experience in new product launches and production start‑up
• At least 3 years experience handling Material Planning and Production Planning

Strategically manages the operations of Logistics in Materials and Inventory Control.

Hands‑on experience on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such as SAP R/3 – Production (PP), Warehouse Management (WM); Material Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules.

Should be able to interface internally and externally regarding material / system and purchasing issues.

Has extensive experience in organizing multinational manufacturing facilities, particularly systems and procedures of the Supply Chain Management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Word / PowerPoint, etc.
