Job summary

Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the MarCom function from our Head Office in Quezon City.

You will develop and implement annual marketing and communications strategies, ensure brand consistency across all materials, and oversee campaigns, events, and procurement. You will manage the MarCom team, review KPI reports, coordinate with suppliers, and represent GN in national and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Overall lead for Marketing & Communications; develops and implements annual strategies and plans.
• Leads ideation and campaign conceptualization.
• Ensures brand consistency across materials; reviews final outputs.
• Oversees MarCom projects, events, processes, and execution.
• Designs and develops merchandise and manages procurement.
• Updates documents for projects and events (photo/video).
• Represents GN in national leadership and regional meetings; reviews processes.

Responsibilities

• Propose, review and update Marketing & Comms processes and policies.
• Monitors KPI reports for the MarCom team.
• Consolidation of monthly social media metrics reporting.
• Bi-monthly website performance reporting; monthly email marketing reports.
• Annual report of social, website, PR, email, and marketing performance.
• Coordinates with 3rd party suppliers for marketing activities; inventory of marketing collaterals, gifts & premiums.
• MarComm assets accountability & inventory.
• Collaborates with other Divisions if necessary.
• Prepares and files PRs, FRs, and Settlement Reports (SRs) as needed.
