Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/related field
• 3–5 years in production planning or inventory control
• Experience in food, confectionery, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and scheduling
• Understanding of food safety and quality management systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to summarize information clearly

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand with manufacturing execution
• Develop detailed production schedules based on forecasts
• Assess constraints to maximize utilization and avoid bottlenecks
• Track WIP and finished goods to prevent shortages
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams
• Monitor inventory movements to prevent shortages and overstocking
• Communicate schedule changes and replenishment needs
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to meet customer requirements
• Suggest best practices for manufacturing performance and KPIs
