Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, Clerk, or in an inventory/production planning support role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and production planning concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying process improvements.
• Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized documentation systems.
• Familiarity with the fruit or agricultural industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Monitor and track inventory levels across all warehouse locations and production facilities.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support demand forecasting activities by collecting and analyzing historical sales data.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory verification processes.
• Generate PPIC reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Identify and communicate potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks to senior planning staff.
• Support the implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
