Job summary

VBP Back Office Solutions Inc. in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Management Accountant to deliver financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting support to drive profitability and efficiency.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, conduct variance analysis, support annual budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with auditors. Strong accounting knowledge, ERP/Excel skills, and attention to detail are essential; Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual results.
• Assist in annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with departments.
• Provide KPI reports and financial performance trends to senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close processes.
• Participate in financial modeling and projections.
• Prepare financial statements for stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
