• Send approved one-to-one outreach and follow-up emails, coordinate with leaders as needed.
• Keep outreach and next steps organized in the tracking system.
• Coordinate messaging with practice leaders to align with services and audience.
• Maintain steady, respectful communication cadence and avoid generic bulk messaging.
