Job summary

Thakral One is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the life sciences value chain. You will drive programmes from concept to delivery, ensuring governance, alignment, and measurable outcomes within regulated environments.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, develop roadmaps, control budgets, and drive process improvements through Six Sigma and ERP initiatives, while leading a team of project managers and business analysts in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or programme management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Experience in portfolio management, financial oversight, and strategic programme delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP or GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio and program leadership across multiple business units with governance and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain long-term roadmaps with prioritisation, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Plan and control project scope, timelines, budget, and resourcing; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
