Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Juris Doctor) is required.
• IBP membership in good standing is preferred.
• At least five years of progressive experience in investigations, compliance, and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements including vendor, service, and employment contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and investigations, coordinating with external counsel.
• Advise executive management on corporate governance, risk, and compliance implications.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Liaise with regulators, government agencies, clients, and business partners on legal matters.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments and recommend actions to stay compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
