Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. seeks a seasoned Head of Compliance Governance to lead the compliance governance function across multiple Philippine entities.

You will collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer and Business Unit Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulations, internal policies, and the company’s risk framework. You will provide regulatory guidance, challenge senior management, and represent the organization in regulatory engagements and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• At least 7 years of compliance management experience within the insurance and/or asset management sectors is required.
• Experience in financial institution risk management within insurance, asset management, banking, or related financial services is highly desirable.
• CPA or LLB qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance governance across Philippine entities and regulatory expectations.
• Lead and strengthen compliance programs covering AML, ABAC, privacy, market conduct, and regulatory reporting.
• Advise senior management on regulatory changes and required actions.
• Develop and enhance policies, procedures, and controls in collaboration with business units.
