Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admission in good standing.
• Advanced legal education (LL.M.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years in legal practice including senior leadership.
• Experience in corporate governance, data privacy and compliance.
• Experience in shared services or large-scale operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and boards on governance, contracts and compliance.
• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and governance documents.
• Manage risk, litigation, investigations and external counsel as needed.
• Oversee compliance programs, governance practices and regulatory reporting.
• Lead corporate secretarial and entity governance for Philippines entities.
• Head the Legal Shared Services and drive process improvement and service delivery.
