Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a strategic Leasing Manager to lead all commercial leasing activities across its Luzon portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, optimize portfolio performance, and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, and strategic partners.

In this leadership role, you will oversee major leasing transactions, guide leasing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure efficient operations and market-leading occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business field.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate leasing or related roles.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing leasing, brokerage, business development, or sales teams.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
• Established network of corporate clients, landlords, developers, property owners, occupiers, and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset value across all properties in the Luzon portfolio.
• Provide executive leadership and direction to leasing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and targets.
• Handle major leasing transactions including tenant acquisition, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contracts.
• Drive lead generation, oversee property presentations and inspections, and ensure seamless end-to-end leasing and after-sales service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position properties strategically.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated leasing operations.
• Forecast leasing performance using data-driven insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent PRIME Philippines at industry events to expand the network and brand presence.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence.
