Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader in Metro Manila to design and drive the annual L&D strategy across the organization. You will lead onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and technical training programs, partnering with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with a track record of building competency-based programs and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in L&D, training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in training.
• Healthcare industry background preferred.
• Expertise in L&D principles, adult learning, TNA, competency-based training, and performance management.
• Ability to develop instructional materials and resources.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical abilities, and excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the annual L&D plan aligned with company goals and conduct TNAs to identify gaps.
• Plan and deliver onboarding, manage leadership, compliance, and technical programs, and coordinate all training activities within budget and schedule.
• Partner with department heads to build competency-based programs, track progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend targeted interventions.
• Design leadership and succession development initiatives, coach managers on employee growth, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate training records and metrics, manage schedules and budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory training.
• Assess program ROI using metrics, adopt updated learning technologies and best practices, and support ad-hoc HR projects.
