Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines (Makati) seeks a Manager, IT Infrastructure – Network & Security to lead enterprise network and security operations, drive strategy, and oversee technical teams. You will manage security controls, incident response, and modernization initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on expertise, leadership, and the ability to implement secure cloud and on‑premise designs, leveraging Azure and zero-trust

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical teams across network and security disciplines.
• At least 3 years in consulting, solution architecture, or project delivery for infrastructure and security initiatives.
• At least 3 years in incident detection, incident response, or digital forensics.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, EDR, web application security, cloud controls).
• Experience designing secure Azure-based solutions.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, threat modeling approaches.
• Hands-on enterprise networking across routing, switching, VPN/IPsec, wireless, and segmentation.
• Zero Trust principles and secure network design.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams across network and security functions.
• Oversee vendor and technology partner relationships to support operational delivery and project execution.
• Manage team workload, service delivery priorities, and project execution across infrastructure initiatives.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for network and security services.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on infrastructure and security architecture solutions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Support service management processes, including incident, change, and service request management aligned with SLAs.
• Promote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.
• Maintain architecture documentation standards.
• Design and support enterprise network architecture across office, data center, and cloud environments.
• Drive network optimization to improve performance, resiliency, and efficiency.
• Lead delivery of network-related projects, including upgrades and new site deployments.
