Daiichi Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Land Acquisition Officer to identify and evaluate land parcels for development in the Philippines. You will conduct site visits, perform initial due diligence, and coordinate with legal and technical teams.

Travel to Tanauan City, Batangas is required. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in land acquisition or related real estate roles and a solid understanding of local regulations, including title checks and regulatory compliance.
