Daiichi Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Land Acquisition Officer to identify, evaluate, and secure land parcels for development. The role includes site visits, negotiating terms with landowners, and coordinating due diligence with legal and technical teams.

Travel is expected to Tanauan City, Batangas. The candidate should have 3–5 years in land acquisition or related real estate roles and a solid understanding of local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in land acquisition or related roles.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, land titling, and LGU regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple acquisitions independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in Tanauan City, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with development strategy.
• Negotiate with landowners to secure favorable purchase terms.
• Coordinate due diligence: title verification, survey, environmental assessments and permitting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial viability and legal soundness.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, LGUs and stakeholders.
• Prepare acquisition proposals and documentation for management approval.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of land opportunities and status.
• Conduct administrative tasks: documentary requirements, family tree illustrations, minutes and contract signing.
• Monitor industry trends, land values and regulatory changes affecting land acquisitions.
