Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Land Securement Officer based in Kalayaan, Laguna, Philippines to identify, negotiate, and secure land for our renewable energy projects. The role requires thorough due diligence to meet regulatory requirements while delivering positive community impact.

You will handle documentation, permitting, site inspections, data management, and active stakeholder engagement. Project-based contract with Acciona Energía, including HMO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land securement, land acquisition, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for land acquisition and negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners and agencies.
• Conduct due diligence on property documents, encumbrances, and rights-of-way (ROW).
• Facilitate renewal and updating of permits, licenses, and legal documents with LGUs and government agencies.
• Perform site inspections, data management, and mapping to verify boundaries and maintain land records.
• Foster positive community and stakeholder relations to support project timelines.
• Undertake other duties to support business operations.
