Job summary

MSD in Metro Manila is seeking a learning and development leader to own the design, delivery, and evaluation of sales and marketing training programs. You will build partnerships with stakeholders across the organization to identify capability gaps and craft interventions that align with corporate priorities.

You will establish annual training plans, design modern learning solutions, and measure impact to ensure continuous improvement in performance and outcomes across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 3-5 years management experience in learning and development space / marketing and engagement with salesforce and facilitation with leadership experience.
• Independent mindset and strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Strategic and executional skill sets are required.
• Knowledgeable in business acumen to interpret business needs and convert into solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong facilitation skill.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive training and interventions to develop functional competencies aligned with business goals.
• Establish annual training plan with sales and marketing and other stakeholders.
• Lead training needs analyses and partner with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps.
• Design and develop sales and marketing training programs aligned to business objectives.
• Deliver training and facilitate with SMEs; measure learning impact and report outcomes.
