Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ten years in sales of ingredients for processed meats is preferred.
• Proven ability to sell value-added solutions (seasonings, marinades, flavours, preservatives).
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills; experience with distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth to meet targets in assigned accounts.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, supply chain and operations.
• Develop and implement commercial account plans and manage pipeline through commercialization.
