Job summary

DKSH Philippines is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow the business by effectively managing key customers and suppliers in the paint, ink, rubber, plastic, and allied industries.

The role focuses on profitable growth through strategic account management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, Finance, and SCM to ensure customer satisfaction and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales of chemicals and inputs for the Chemical Process Industries; broad network in CPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and identify short- to mid-term sales strategies in line with DKSH goals.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and gross margin per SKU; ensure favorable terms and minimize expenses.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales materials; coordinate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery, after-sales support, and bridge customer needs with internal processes and services.
• Develop new projects, acquire accounts, and gather market insights for competitive product solutions.
