Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking an IT Risk Officer to join the IT Risk Management unit at UB Plaza, Pasig. The role focuses on governance, optimization and administration of IT risk across the bank, coordinating with Information Technology, Information Security, Internal Audit and Data Privacy teams.

The ideal candidate will guide risk policy, perform risk assessments, and present insights to executives while supporting risk-related reporting and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT risk governance and IT risk management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, security, audit and data privacy teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and implement IT Risk Management policy and procedures.
• Operationalize the IT Risk Management program and coordinate risk assessments.
• Communicate IT risks to leadership through reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and deployment of IT risk tools and methodologies.
• Represent the IT risk unit in cross-functional discussions and projects.
