Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking an IT Strategy Officer to drive workstream-level execution, coordinate strategic programs within the IT Strategy & Performance team, and synthesize inputs from internal data and partner-supported insights to inform decision-making.

You will track milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensure timely, high-quality outputs, and prepare concise briefings for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, structured outputs.
• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence).
• Solid foundational understanding of IT concepts, SDLC, and technology delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed workstream-level tracking of milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues proactively to the IT Strategy Manager.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality outputs and outcomes for all assigned projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for working sessions, steering committees, and review forums.
