Job summary

Ryan LLC in the Philippines is seeking an IT Project Manager who will lead delivery of technology projects across infrastructure and applications. You will ensure initiatives are planned, coordinated, and executed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities.

You will manage cross-functional teams, partner with stakeholders, and drive governance, testing, deployment, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective project leadership across technology initiatives, fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery mindset.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including IT, business, vendors, and partners to achieve objectives.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication across project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to enable decision-making and issue resolution.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, change management, and training for successful implementation.
• Ensure transition of completed solutions to operations and support teams.
