Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/BA/PM or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership across technology initiatives and ensure delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT, business, vendors.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and communication practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive decision making.
• Plan and manage projects from initiation to delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, training, and business readiness.
