Job summary

Ryan LLC in Manila is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead delivery and implementation of technical IT projects across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing technology projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT projects involving enterprise applications, infrastructure, integrations, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective project leadership across technology initiatives, fostering accountability and a delivery mindset among project team members.
• Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of IT, business, vendor, and implementation partner resources to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, change management, and training to support successful implementation and adoption.
