Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Metro Manila to manage inventory and ensure timely order delivery. You will develop realistic supply plans based on regional forecasts and policies, coordinate with multiple teams, and raise orders accordingly.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required, with proficiency in SAP, SAP IBP, Excel, Power BI and Power Query. Experience in planning and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business.
• Strong communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration with suppliers and customers.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning and SAP/IBP tools.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and order delivery management across regions.
• Develop supply plans aligned with regional demand forecasts and policies.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, shared services, freight forwarders and sites.
• Raise purchase orders and submit rolling 12–18 month forecasts.
• Analyze plan changes, propose optimized solutions to avoid stockouts.
• Create consistent planning documents with EMOs for ongoing operations.
