Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
- 5+ years delivering customer-facing technology projects.
- Experience leading large-scale software deployments and system integrations.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for insurance software platforms, developing project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Manage multiple complex projects with governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as primary contact for insurance customers, building relationships with executives and IT teams.
- Coordinate configuration, integration, testing, deployment and production support.
- Oversee data migration and third-party/enterprise integrations.
