Job summary

DXC Technology in Metro Manila seeks an IT Software Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise software deployments for insurance clients, guiding initiatives from initiation through post-production support to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate stakeholders across product, IT, and vendors, manage data migrations and system integrations, and drive testing, go-live, and stabilization while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
• 8+ years managing enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years delivering customer-facing technology projects.
• Experience leading large-scale deployments and system integrations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for insurance software platforms with plans, budgets, and resources.
• Manage multiple complex projects with governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for insurance customers, building executive relationships.
• Facilitate kickoffs, requirements sessions, status meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive resolution of escalations and priorities.
• Manage change requests with governance, risk, and logs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, developers, QA, and migration specialists.
• Oversee data migration and integrations with third-party/enterprise platforms.
• Manage SIT, UAT, testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
