The IT Software Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in leading the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions for insurance customers. This role owns the full project lifecycle-from initiation through post-production support-ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while meeting customer business objectives. Acting as the primary liaison among customers, business stakeholders, product teams, technical resources, vendors, and executive leadership, the Project Manager drives initiatives that transform insurance operations and improve customer outcomes. This includes leading implementations across policy administration, claims management, billing, underwriting, self-service portals, agent/broker platforms, and regulatory compliance systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex data migrations and system integrations, and guide projects through testing, go-live, and stabilization phases, all while building lasting relationships with insurance industry clients.
