Job summary

Inspire Brands Asia is seeking an HR Specialist – Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits to oversee accurate timekeeping, HRIS monitoring, and government statutory benefits across the organization.

The role requires 4+ years in HR operations with strong organizational, communication, and data-management skills to ensure regulatory compliance and timely processing of benefits. Collaboration with payroll and departments is essential for resolving inquiries and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping systems; Jeonsoft experience is preferred.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and data management skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping Administration: Manage end-to-end timekeeping process including attendance, schedules, adjustments, cut-offs, and validation.
• HRIS & Systems Monitoring: Maintain accuracy of employee data in HRIS and timekeeping systems.
• Government Statutory Benefits: Own end-to-end administration of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and related documentation.
• Other HR Operations: Provide documentation and reporting support for HR activities and resolve inquiries.
