Ispire Brands Asia in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Specialist – Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits to manage timekeeping, HRIS data, and government statutory benefits across the organization. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and at least 4 years in HR operations, timekeeping, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR operations, timekeeping, and compensation & benefits experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping systems; Jeonsoft experience preferred.
• Excellent documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end timekeeping process including attendance, schedules, adjustments, and validation.
• Coordinate with employees and payroll stakeholders on timekeeping concerns and deadlines.
• Monitor recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS data and timekeeping records.
• Oversee government statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) including registrations and contributions.
• Prepare statutory benefits reports, reconciliations, and trackers.
