Job summary

Inspire Brands Asia in the Philippines is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits. You will oversee end-to-end timekeeping, maintain HRIS data, and manage statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of HR operations experience.

You will coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate deductions, drive process improvements, and uphold confidentiality across all HR data and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 4 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience with timekeeping and HRIS data.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG benefits is a plus.
