Inspire Brands Asia is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits in the Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end timekeeping, maintain HRIS data, and manage statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR operations, timekeeping, and compensation & benefits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and timekeeping systems; Jeonsoft experience is preferred.
• Strong documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and data management skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and sound judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Timekeeping Administration: manage attendance records, schedules, adjustments, cut-off processing, and validation.
• HRIS & Systems Monitoring: ensure data accuracy in HRIS and timekeeping systems, update records, and document transactions.
• Government Statutory Benefits: administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, registration, updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Payroll/Finance for accurate statutory deductions and contributions.
• Prepare statutory benefits reports, reconciliations, and trackers.
• Other HR Operations: provide documentation and reporting support, assist with inquiries and special projects.
