Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partnering and operations.
• Experience in BPO, shared services, global operations, or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, Global HR, and Operations to ensure service delivery.
• Drive process improvement and HR analytics.
