Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM, payroll, LMS, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead change, manage budget, and partner with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of CASI's people strategy and workforce plans.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and analytics.
• Manage HR budget and reporting, ensuring cost controls and data-driven decisions.
• Represent HR in external matters and maintain stakeholder communications.
