Job summary

Asurion is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide staffing, performance management, compensation guidance, and employee relations across call center teams in the Sta. Rosa area. This fixed-term role involves partnering with senior leaders to shape organizational design, development, and change initiatives.

The role requires 2–5 years in Human Resources, strong communication, teamwork, and experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday). You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Capital/Human Resources preferred.
• Demonstrated employee relations experience and understanding of performance measures; change management is favored.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and ability to work in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Talent Management: assess client populations' needs and align talent acquisition strategies.
• Performance Management: support annual performance processes, goal setting, and ratings calibration.
• Compensation & Incentives: collaborate on rewards programs and deployment of annual rewards process.
• Employee Relations: handle complex issues, terminations, exit interviews, and ER coordination.
• Organizational Design, Development & Change Management: partner on development needs, change communications, and org structure.
• Client Relationship Management & Project Leadership: act as a go-to resource and lead HR initiatives.
