Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver full-cycle recruitment for diverse enterprise roles. You will manage a broad portfolio, build pipelines, and coordinate hiring across segments while partnering with the TA Leader and People Services.

You will source candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and drive hiring from intake to onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with managers and an emphasis on data-driven recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with global recruitment (US, Philippines, India) and cloud-based applicant tracking system preferred.
• Healthcare/revenue cycle management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate hiring.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using behavioral techniques.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Oversee candidate communications, onboarding, and documentation.
