• Familiarity with primary care operations is an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling and project management skills.
• Experience in site acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations is preferred.
