TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Strategic Expansion & Investment Manager to drive growth through expansion opportunities, site acquisitions, and strategic alliances in the Makati area. You will develop financial models, negotiate leases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to roll out new facilities and partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, financial modeling, feasibility studies, or business development, preferably in healthcare/clinical services.
• Strong finance background with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and capital expenditure evaluation.
• Proven experience in evaluating business opportunities, assessing financial viability, and developing business cases to support strategic decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market potential and expansion viability.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and investment analyses for proposed projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Support the development of new products, services, and channels that enhance the company’s market presence.
• Assess prospective locations based on demographics, accessibility, market demand, competition, and financial viability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of expansion plans with operational, financial, and strategic requirements.
• Prepare feasibility studies, return-on-investment analyses, and financial forecasts for expansion projects.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and recommend investment priorities.
• Track project performance against approved business cases and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Marketing teams to facilitate timely project execution.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications throughout the expansion process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to the development of long-term growth and expansion strategies.
• Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive developments to identify emerging opportunities.
• Recommend initiatives that improve market penetration, profitability, and operational efficiency.
