Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• CPA designation is an advantage.
• 8-15 years of relevant finance/expense management experience.
• Leadership experience in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of expense management strategies, policies, and controls across the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor operating expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Partner with business leaders to support financial planning and expense-related decisions.
• Prepare and present management reports and expense analyses to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial trends and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements and automation in expense reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams for high performance.
