We are building a team that shares our mission to make the immigration process clear and stress-free. Lima is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to work directly with the founders, building the sales engine, identifying the right prospects, crafting outreach, and ensuring a smooth handoff from first contact to signed contracts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor tone for different audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with industry professionals, partners, and decision-makers across the U.S.
• Engage with U.S. startup communities, accelerators, and events to surface opportunities for Lima.
• Prepare and refine sales collateral and outreach materials tailored to Lima's target clients; execute personalized campaigns.
• Support contract management and coordination, track signatures, and maintain version-controlled records.
• Facilitate smooth handoff from sales to operations with clear summaries and transition checklists.
