Job summary

You will lead campaigns across digital, social, email, events and traditional media; oversee branding, content creation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role in the printing solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, CRM, analytics tools).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, events, and traditional media)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand consistency
• Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including website, social media, and promotional assets
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Lead and mentor the marketing team or coordinate with external agencies
