Job summary

HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to shape the Group’s strategic priorities and present recommendations to the executive team. You will partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy and senior leaders to translate insights into actionable plans across 3YPs and strategic initiatives.

The role demands rigorous analysis, top‑tier storytelling, and English fluency, with experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy in international environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Outstanding analytical rigor and financial acumen including market/financial analyses.
• Exceptional synthesis, storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and influential operator, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Corporate Strategy to drive strategy definition and management, including multi‑year plans.
• Build a robust strategic fact base through deep analysis of market trends, performance, risks and opportunities.
• Co‑define strategic pillars and objectives with senior leadership to guide prioritization and initiative design.
• Establish and maintain a strategy planning framework with cross‑functional alignment to Finance and Commercial teams.
• Develop market models and lead primary research with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver regular market updates and competitive analyses to inform executive decisions.
• Identify new business and diversification opportunities and monitor industry shifts.
