Job summary

EY-Parthenon Philippines is seeking a Strategy Senior Associate to contribute to the development and execution of Strategy services for clients. You will prepare materials, assist engagement teams, and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality outputs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in strategy or related fields, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field with strong academic record.
At least 3 years in corporate or professional services with operations, finance/accounting, or go-to-market experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to shape business agendas.
Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of Strategy services in the Philippines.
Prepare client meeting materials, proposals, and participate in client discussions.
Deliver high-quality outputs and maintain relationships with client personnel.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of strategy development and implementation.
Identify opportunities, risks, and issues; propose actionable resolutions.
Conduct primary and secondary market research as needed.
Ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat engagements.
