Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the Philippines is seeking a Strategy Senior Associate to contribute to the development and execution of our Strategy services. You will support business development, assist client projects, maintain relationships, and apply rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to build practical strategic roadmaps.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, communicate clearly with clients, and help deliver engaging, high‑quality work. Excellent command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields from a reputable institution with an outstanding record of academic achievement.
• At least 3 years of corporate and/or professional services experience focused on operations, finance/accounting, and/or go-to-market/top-line growth initiatives. Experience in a strategy role is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience with managing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• The ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for our clients.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields from a reputable institution with an outstanding record of academic achievement
• At least 3 years of corporate and or professional services experience focused on operations, finance/accounting, and or go-to-market/top-line growth initiatives. Experience in a strategy role is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Philippines market with solid understanding of economic, sectoral and business concepts and terminology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
• Experience with managing complex business projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams
• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• The ability to assess complex situations and business problems to formulate potential solutions for our clients
• Unwavering integrity, work ethic and flexibility to quickly adapt to new environments/clients
• Strong people skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
• Strong internal and external business development acumen

Ideally, you'll also have

• Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, etc.) will be considered a strong asset
• Sectoral exposure in consumer products and retail, financial services, technology, healthcare, logistics, education will be highly valuable
