Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Buyer II to join our Cebu procurement team. You will execute purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and support operational and logistics needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of purchasing experience, strong English communication skills, and proficient Excel and SAP-based ERP knowledge to drive efficient procurement cycles and cost-effective sourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural business environment and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process—from requisition through payment.
• Issue purchase orders to local and global suppliers and coordinate with logistics and finance teams.
• Monitor, track, and expedite deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations).
• Identify new suppliers, develop sourcing opportunities, and manage vendor relationships.
