Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. invites applications for the role of Executive, Strategic and Fundraising. The successful candidate will conceptualize, plan, and organize events and activities to achieve fundraising goals, and design campaigns including digital initiatives and signature events.

They will oversee event logistics, plan corporate events, optimize donor management, and handle inquiries related to sponsorships and community projects. A degree in a relevant discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and organize events and activities to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Design and implement fundraising campaigns, including digital initiatives, signature events, and in-person engagements to meet fundraising goals.
• Develop strategies to effectively promote events and fundraising efforts.
• Oversee all event logistics, including vendor selection, coordination, budget management, and onsite execution.
• Assist in planning and executing corporate events.
• Maintain and optimize the donor management database to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle enquiries related to donation-in-kind, sponsorships, and community projects.
